This policy governs access to the public SpectrumAI marketing pages, downloadable resources and enquiry links. It does not establish an account-based SaaS acceptable-use agreement. Additional service-specific rules will be required before a production application is offered.
2. Permitted activity
You may read pages, navigate public information, use the local fit finder, share links and contact the team with genuine business enquiries.
3. Prohibited activity
Do not submit malicious content, send unsolicited bulk messages, harass people, impersonate another party, attempt unauthorised access, disrupt availability, exploit known weaknesses, misrepresent sponsorship, or use published material to facilitate unlawful activity. Do not collect other people’s information from this site without legal authority.
4. Automated requests
Ordinary legitimate search-engine crawling is welcome. High-volume extraction, bypassing technical restrictions, testing vulnerabilities without permission or abusive automated traffic may be blocked to protect service availability.
5. Enquiry conduct
Use the contact form or email channel only for legitimate questions and requests. Avoid transmitting credentials, sensitive financial information or highly confidential records through a general enquiry.
6. Enforcement and reporting
We may restrict misuse of our public infrastructure where lawful and proportionate. Report suspected abuse or security issues to info@codespectrum.in. Please do not perform intrusive testing without written authorisation.
