The public SpectrumAI 360° site is an informational product website. It does not offer a checkout, collect payment details, charge subscription fees or automatically enroll users in a paid plan. Therefore, there is currently no website-originated payment to cancel or refund.
2. Future subscriptions and services
If paid SpectrumAI services are launched, the actual provider entity, module entitlements, trial rules, applicable charges, renewal cycles, cancellation steps, taxes and refund conditions must be clearly disclosed at purchase and governed by a separately accepted service agreement.
3. Separately contracted work
Any separately ordered design, development, consulting or other CodeSpectrum service is governed by the written quotation, statement of work, order or agreement accepted for that service. This informational page does not change those separate contractual terms.
