1. Scope and operator
This policy describes the public SpectrumAI 360° marketing website operated under the CodeSpectrum brand. It does not govern a future, separately launched SpectrumAI SaaS service, customer dashboard, or third-party product. Before enabling accounts or new data collection, the relevant service-specific notice must be published. For questions and privacy requests, contact info@codespectrum.in.
2. Information you choose to send
The contact form on this version of the website opens a draft in your own email application; it does not automatically transmit or save the form fields on a SpectrumAI application server. If you send that email, we receive the name, organisation, email address, business area and message you include, along with ordinary email metadata. We use that information to respond to your enquiry, discuss the requested product or service and maintain necessary correspondence. Please do not submit passwords, payment card details, medical records or other highly sensitive information.
3. Browser preferences and interactive tools
The light/dark theme preference is saved in your browser’s localStorage under the key sai-theme. The Business Fit Finder runs locally in your browser; its choices are not automatically transmitted to SpectrumAI by this static website. You may clear the stored preference through your browser settings.
4. Hosting and technical records
Like most hosted websites, our hosting provider or network infrastructure may process technical request information, such as IP address, browser details, request time, URL, and security diagnostics, to deliver the site, prevent abuse and troubleshoot incidents. The precise hosting configuration and any optional server-side logging must be verified by the website operator before publication.
5. Cookies, analytics and advertising
The bundled static website does not include advertising pixels, analytics tags, or a non-essential cookie banner, and its own JavaScript does not set tracking cookies. It uses the local preference described above. Hosting or future third-party services may have separate practices. See our Cookie & Local Storage Policy. If analytics, marketing scripts or embedded third-party tools are enabled later, this policy and any required consent experience must be updated before those tools are activated.
6. Why information is used
We use voluntarily submitted information to reply to requests and handle appropriate follow-up, and technical records where necessary for website delivery and security. We do not claim that the static form automatically subscribes you to a newsletter or creates a user account. Any future marketing communications must follow applicable notice, consent and opt-out requirements.
7. Sharing and service providers
Email providers and hosting or infrastructure vendors may process information solely as needed to deliver their services, subject to their own terms and safeguards. We do not describe or imply an unverified current vendor or data centre. We do not sell visitor personal information. We may disclose information when legally required or to protect legitimate rights and safety.
8. Retention and security
Enquiry correspondence is retained only for as long as reasonably needed for business communications, recordkeeping and applicable legal obligations. Server-log retention depends on verified hosting settings. We apply appropriate organisational and technical precautions, but transmission and storage on the internet cannot be guaranteed to be completely secure.
9. Your choices and requests
You can choose not to send an enquiry and can delete local preferences through your browser. You may contact info@codespectrum.in to request information, correction or deletion of personal data associated with your correspondence, subject to applicable legal obligations and verification of your identity. Available rights depend on applicable law.
10. Children and cross-border access
This business-focused website is not directed toward children. If a person contacts us from another jurisdiction, their email and supporting technical information may be handled through providers operating outside that jurisdiction; appropriate safeguards must be assessed as the operational configuration becomes final.
11. Changes
We may update this policy when the website, service providers or applicable rules change. The current version is dated 11 October 2026. Material changes to data collection practices should be communicated appropriately before implementation.
